The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Suzhou Tongrun Drive Equipment Co., Ltd., a leader in the domestic elevator traction machine industry, with a registered capital of 138 million yuan.
Based on the principles of high starting point and high technology, the company plans and constructs a demonstration-level first-phase project with an investment of nearly 100 million yuan, a construction area of 13,000 square meters, and an annual output of 20,000 tons of castings. With the smooth operation of the first phase of the project, the second phase of the project is being carried out as planned, and the furan resin production capacity will be further expanded. At the same time, the German static pressure molding line production technology will be introduced, and the annual casting production capacity will be further improved.
The company has more than 150 employees, including nearly 30 scientific and technological personnel. At present, there are 10T/H and 20T/H sand mixers, 1 30T/H mobile sand mixer, vibration shakeout machine, and 20T/H resin sand regeneration equipment. A set of three intermediate frequency induction furnaces, 5 tons, 5 tons and 1 ton respectively; the cleaning equipment has 3 throwing heads and 2 sets of suspended shot blasting machines. Products cover elevators, wind power, machine tools, automobiles, diesel engines and other fields.
The company has strong technical force and complete testing methods. It has testing equipment such as direct reading spectrometer, flaw detector, tensile testing machine, carbon and sulfur analyzer, etc., which can meet customers' all-round requirements for product quality and physical and chemical properties of different grades. The company continuously strengthens the quality-centered system construction and implements the ISO90001 standard.
