MARAZZI S.r.l has been producing for forty year guide rails and accessories for elevators. At the present the operational structure occupies an area of 15.000 sqm, 8.000 of which are indoor.

The necessary solidity to serve big international customers has been reached via the commercial consolidation of the company on foreign markets.

The commercial network keeps expanding and at the moment serves over 300 clients, of which half based abroad.



HISTORY

The history of MARAZZI S.r.l. started under the name of Metallurgica Marazzi in 1965.

It was one of the first companies in Italy to serve the market for lifts components with a strong focus on the segment of the lifts guides. In few years the commitment, the business and entrepreneurial skills of Pietro Marazzi transformed the company from a small artisan laboratory to one of the leading European factories in its sector. In 1970 with the transfer to the new premises in Calendasco (PC) the first international orders were received. At the death of the founder, at the end of the seventies, the management of the company was taken over by Ms Annamaria Dallavalle who, in line with the objectives set by her husband, will continue the development and the reinforcement of the production and commercial department.

A new stimulus will come at the end of the nineties, first with the arrival of Matteo Marazzi as the responsible for the marketing and then of Tommaso Marazzi, as the responsible for the production. New investments and a new organisational structure will take MARAZZI S.r.l. to be considered one of the leading company in its market.
