Ascendor Lifttechnik Ltd was established in 2006 and we have been manufacturing high quality, attractive platform stair lifts since 2007. These are suitable for a multitude of indoor and outdoor applications. Our range of lift systems are all manufactured entirely at the Ascendor factory, located near Neufelden, Upper Austria. The company’s head office and administration are also located at the same address.

Ascendors team of qualified and competent engineers and mechatronic technicians developed the first platform stair lift, the PLG7 for straight staircases in 2007. In 2008, we introduced the PLK8, which was designed to surmount curved staircases and gradient changes. In 2009, Ascendor, acting as the exclusive sales agent for the Swedish company Motala Hissar added the platform elevator MC2000 to its product range. During the course of 2015, we expanded our product range once more with the addition of our unique cabin elevator QuattroPorte and chairlift.

Ascendor products are high quality, brand name products, which set new standards with regard to quality, comfort, safety and design. All our products are manufactured using state-of-the-art equipment and are subjected to strict and comprehensive quality control before they leave our factory, especially our platform stair lift, which will be used by wheelchair owners and requires special safety precautions.
