The enterprise, established in 1991 in the city of Bryansk, as part of the “comprehensive program of medical and social rehabilitation of the disabled”, allows solving one of the main problems for people with disabilities - the availability of the living environment.

The solution to this most important social problem is provided by lifts and other devices for the disabled, which create convenience and comfort for people with disabilities in their daily lives. Being the first Russian company, the company develops, manufactures and sells rehabilitation equipment (stair lifts for inclined and vertical movement with a platform for the disabled and people with limited mobility, autonomous mobile stair lifts for transporting people in wheelchairs with and without an attendant, lifts for transport).

Today, the Center for Rehabilitation Equipment Bryansk is the largest Russian company that manufactures equipment at its own certified production base in accordance with permits and safety requirements.
