Metal-Fach Sp. z o.o. is the leading Polish manufacturer of agricultural machinery. Its head office is located in the town of Sokółka in the Podlaskie Province. The company was founded in 1989, and today we are among the largest employers in the region, with a staff of about 800 people. The company offers nearly 60 different types and models of machinery and equipment for farming, although we also manufacture semi-trailers under the brand name Nova as well as central heating boilers. One of the latest business lines at Metal-Fach is steel structures, which are used to create industrial facilities, halls and warehouses.
Metal-Fach products are available from a dealership network that covers the whole of Poland. We also export our products to over 30 foreign countries, and we now have nearly 80 foreign distributors. The largest and most critical export markets include Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Belarus, Turkey, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and the Balkan states.
Metal-Fach uses state-of-the-art production lines to enable safe and efficient processing. Our manufacturing equipment includes innovative devices, such as 3D laser cutting machines for pipes and sections, metal sheet cutting lasers, and plasma cutters for processing of metal sheet and steel sections. The most spectacular investments made in recent years include a fully sheltered powder coat and paint shop that occupies an area of nearly a hectare. This is one of the largest facilities of its kind in Poland.
The company and its products are recognised and valued both by its customers as well as independent organisations and associations. In 2006, Metal-Fach won first place and the award title in the Gazele Biznesu (Business Gazelles) ranking. A year later, the company was awarded the Bronze Statue in the Pracodawca Przyjazny Załodze (Staff-Friendly Employer) contest. In 2014, Metal-Fach was honoured with First Prize in the prestigious competition: Polish Masters of Business.
