An energetic and talented team of professionals has set an ambitious goal - to establish mass production of lift winches for Russian manufacturers.
The company made a strategic choice to produce a gearless elevator winch based on a permanent magnet synchronous motor. This choice is supported by the fact that such winches occupy more than 70% of the passenger elevator market in developed countries. In 2008, in our country, no one was engaged in the serial production of such winches, which served as an additional incentive for the implementation of the company's plans. Management"European Lifting Machines" in a timely manner caught the trend in the development of demand in the market of elevator equipment towards new-level technologies, without which it is impossible to create a modern elevator that is not inferior in its characteristics to eminent foreign manufacturers.
The priority for designers and technologists was the creation of a winch model that satisfied the needs of our consumers - elevator passengers and those people who create the finished product - the elevator, who mount and maintain it. The focus of efforts was aimed at achieving the following consumer properties of future products: a significant reduction in energy consumption, the absence of a significant level of noise and vibration, compactness, reliability, ease of maintenance, sufficient power characteristics and, most importantly, a reasonable price comparable to traditional -ny gear drives.
As a result of the painstaking work of the staff of European Hoisting Machines LLC , the company began serial production of ready-made gearless winches based on a synchronous motor with permanent magnets in 2008. The first customer was the Shcherbinsky Elevator Plant, which used them in elevators without a machine room. Since then, the design of the winch has undergone numerous improvements and improvements, and the range of options has increased. A logical result of numerous trials and tests was a ready-made set of the main drive for passenger elevators with a machine room as part of a gearless winch, a frame with a diverter block and various types of emergency evacuation mechanisms, which significantly expanded the scope of products of the European Lifting Machines company. ».
