Smallest home elevator
The smallest family elevator is a space-saving elevator with a pit size of just over 1m2, the cabin can accommodate 2 or 3 people at a time, suitable for installation in projects with small construction areas or completed houses that want to renovate to install an elevator.

Safety features of small home elevators
Automatic rescue
The elevator is equipped with an automatic rescue system (Automatic Rescue Device – ARD) with a backup power source to help bring the cabin to the nearest floor, opening the door for people inside the cabin to escape in case of a sudden power outage.
Overspeed control device
It is a device that prevents the cabin from falling freely in case the elevator runs at a speed exceeding the design speed or in the worst case the cable breaks.
Power failure
In case the power supply to the elevator encounters problems such as phase loss, phase reversal, or voltage drop, the elevator will automatically stop operating to protect the equipment.
Anti-jam door
On both sides of the elevator door, a bar-shaped photocell sensor system is installed, which helps detect and automatically open the door when encountering obstacles. This is an extremely important feature, especially for family elevators where the users include children.
Overload alarm device
In case the total load of people or objects in the cabin exceeds the rated load, the overload alarm will sound. The elevator will operate again when passengers exit.
When the elevator door does not close completely
When the door is fully open or not fully closed, the elevator will not operate to ensure user safety.
