In March 1990, the company offered services for servicing lifting equipment and teleautomation equipment to a number of city enterprises. At that time, it was one of the first private enterprises operating in the municipal housing stock. The new cooperative specialized in the installation and maintenance of elevators and dispatch communication equipment, and also performed general construction work.

From the very beginning of its activity, the management focused on efficiency and high quality of the services offered. In the first years of work, the order portfolio included contracts for technical maintenance of approximately 85 elevators of such organizations as Sverdlov Hospital, FSB hospital, Cardiology Research Institute, Academy of Sciences Hospital, Television Research Institute, City Pawnshop, Sechenov Institute, Sputnik Hotel, etc., as well as several dozen successful installation works and reconstructions of elevators at the Baltic and Kirov plants, Baltonexim Bank, NPO Poligrafoformlenie, Plekhanov Mining Institute, Radium Institute, Ott Research Institute, Steel Rolling Plant, Marxist Tannery, etc.

Joint work on sites with foreign contractors brought invaluable experience in the field of business organization, and also allowed us to earn our first foreign currency, which was invested in the technical equipment of the enterprise.

With good technical equipment, the quality of work also grew. Increased wages allowed us to invite the best workers and specialists to the staff. In 1995, the staff increased to 90 people. Participation in many of the world's largest construction exhibitions, including in Tokyo (Japan), Augsburg (Germany), Atlanta (USA), Milan (Italy), Singapore, etc. allowed us to establish the first contacts with foreign manufacturing companies: Hisbolaget (Sweden), Curti (Italy), but cooperation with the company SODIMAS (France) was especially successful. An exclusive dealer agreement was signed with this company for the supply of the entire range of elevators and escalators. The first hydraulic elevators of this company were installed in Sberbank of the Russian Federation at 5 Furshtatskaya St.

In 2002, a dealership agreement was signed with the largest German manufacturer of elevators and escalators, the ThyssenKrupp company (Germany), whose high-quality equipment is widely known throughout the world. The company already provided technical maintenance for more than 300 elevators, as well as unified control panels in the Kirovsky and Vyborgsky districts of St. Petersburg. More than a hundred units of elevator equipment were installed annually, and projects and expertise were also made for various organizations.

Today, the company can offer the customer a full package of turnkey services for providing engineering equipment for construction sites - from comprehensive design, delivery of elevator equipment at the manufacturer's price to qualified installation and subsequent warranty and post-warranty service.
