Service (strength) life of conveyor pulleys should be a few years even in minimum resistances. A few factors determine the service (strength) life of pulleys. There are in brief pressure (weight) loaded cargo, length of rollers, characteristic feature and type of bearing, beneficial tightness felt and regular maintenance.

MATERIAL FEATURES:
PIPE; We use welded pipe, St-37,2 quality, suitable for DIN 2458 norm. Pipe diameters we mostly use are ø 60, 63,
76, 89, 102, 108, 114, 127, 133, 139, 159 mm and Wall thickness of pipe is between 3 and 9 mm.
BEARING: Bearing from TS 6269 C3 series, not requiring maintenance, self- lubricated and resistant to dust from both sides.
BEARING HOUSINGS; manufactured from cold deep drawing in our firm from HRP A1 quality sheet metal, product of Ereğli (Turkey), wall thickness between 3-5 mm, resistant to heavy service and may be welded. Housings are merged pipes automatically and from both sides circumferentially at the same time.
SHAFT; material with Ç 1040-Ç 1050 ,Ç 1010 quality, cold deep drawing all along, J6 sensitive tolerance type, sizes are ø 20, 25, 30, 40 mm.
IMPERMEABILITY; Water and dust impermeabilities are designed with felts with impermeability characteristics, double lipped coated with nitrile rubber on 1 mm iron sheet protected against dust and water 100%. In addition it is resistant to temperature of 150-180º C, used in 6 quality multi- channel labyrinths.
